Jonathan Payne

Jonathan graduated with a degree in Quantity Surveying in 1992 and entered the construction industry as a Contractors QS and became senior QS within 5 years. In 1999 he and 2 other partners established Corramore Construction, and as Managing Director, it grew to an annual turnover of £25 million. Jonathan sold his shareholding in 2019, and he became MD of Mascott Construction, which he grew from £8 million annually to £24 million in 4 years. Jonathan left this position in 2023 to set up a new company, Incrementum, providing specialist consultancy services, bespoke training and mentorship to the construction industry
